1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "fb8", "we", "us", "our" refers to the fb8 platform, accessible at fb8.asia, and its operators.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the fb8 platform.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the fb8 platform.
• "Platform" means the fb8 website, mobile site, and all associated services offered at fb8.asia.
• "Games" refers to all casino games, sports betting markets, crash games, slots, fishing arcade titles, and any other wagering products available on the Platform.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the base currency of the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by fb8 to Users.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use the fb8 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. fb8 does not permit players under the age of 21 to register or participate in any gaming activity.
• You are registering as a private individual and not on behalf of a company, partnership, or any other legal entity.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of fb8 or any affiliated company.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the fb8 Platform or had your account suspended or closed for breach of these Terms.

By registering an Account, you declare that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. fb8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

Each User may hold only one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

3. Account Security and Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. fb8 recommends choosing a strong, unique password and updating it regularly.

• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party.
• You must notify fb8 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• fb8 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you.

fb8 employs SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect your Account and personal data. However, you acknowledge that no online security system is entirely impenetrable and that you use the Platform at your own risk.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All transactions on the fb8 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal thresholds are displayed in the cashier section of your Account at the time of request.
• Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may vary and are subject to change.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 60 seconds. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but are generally completed within 4 to 60 minutes for mobile wallet transfers.
• fb8 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• All funds deposited must be used for gaming purposes. fb8 reserves the right to investigate and void any transaction suspected of being made for money-laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful purpose.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible, as an anti-fraud measure.
• fb8 reserves the right to carry out identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Processing may be delayed until verification is complete.

By depositing funds on the Platform, you confirm that the funds originate from legitimate sources and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

fb8 may from time to time offer Bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing Users. All Bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users only. fb8 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each Bonus offer is subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and will be credited, tracked, and converted to real-money according to the applicable promotion terms.
• fb8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus at any time if there is evidence of fraud, misuse, or abuse of the Bonus system.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering conditions.
• Creating multiple Accounts to claim the same Bonus more than once constitutes Bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus funds and potential Account closure.

fb8 is not obligated to offer any particular Bonus and may discontinue any promotional programme at any time with or without notice.

6. Game Rules, Betting, and Fair Play

All Games offered on the fb8 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live-dealer systems provided by reputable third-party studios including, but not limited to, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Game outcomes are independently audited to ensure fairness.

• Sports betting odds are set by fb8 and are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to your wager.
• fb8 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has commenced if it is determined that the bet was accepted in error or in circumstances amounting to a system malfunction.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed game result and the system's server-side records, the server-side records shall be the definitive result.
• Collusion, use of betting bots, exploitation of software errors or vulnerabilities, and any other form of cheating are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• fb8 reserves the right to impose betting limits, win limits, or other restrictions on any Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice.

7. Responsible Gaming

fb8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of tools to help Users manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion. • Users aged under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform. fb8 operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.
• If you believe your gambling may be causing financial or personal harm, we encourage you to use our self-exclusion tools or contact our support team for guidance.
• Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be suspended and you will not be able to deposit, wager, or receive promotional communications from fb8.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the fb8 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game titles, and software, is the property of fb8 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, or create derivative works from any content on this Platform without the prior written consent of fb8.
• The fb8 name, logo, and all associated trademarks and service marks are the exclusive property of fb8. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
• Game content, graphics, and software provided by third-party studios remain the intellectual property of those respective studios.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fb8 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Games.
• Any loss of funds arising from a bet or wager that was validly accepted by the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform's services due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond fb8's reasonable control.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account as a result of your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit fb8's liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

fb8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• fb8 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity involving the Account.
• The User has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The User has engaged in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward fb8 staff or other Users.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require fb8 to restrict access to the Platform in certain jurisdictions or for certain Users.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, fb8 may forfeit any Bonus funds held in the Account. Real-money balances will be returned to the User by the original payment method used, subject to identity verification and applicable anti-money-laundering checks.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the fb8 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. 13. Governing Law and Disputes
